Traleor is a suite of softwares consisting of 3 main services:
Traleor Content Management System (Traleor CMS): The CMS allows user to create fully functional websites ranging from a simple portfolio website to a blog and much more. All these can be achieved by the user by using our powerful and easy to use interface.
Traleor Catalog: This gives users the ability to create an instance of an E-commerce powered websites which they can customize to their taste and for consumers to easily browse through them. This is essentially an online catalog of the products or services the user has to offer.
Traleor Comments: This enables anyone to add comments to their websites in less than a minute.
You may only use Traleor if you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Traleor is available only to persons who are the age of majority and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not qualify, you may request permission from your legal guardian, else, please do not use the Services offered by Traleor.
2. Your Contributions
In order to use Traleor, we require that you make two assurances:
- First, shops and websites are managed by their respective owners so take caution and report any illegal activity or product.
- Secondly, Traleor promotes payment on Delivery as an ultimate way to keep you in control of your money and the items you may purchase.
If you cannot make these assurances, you may not use Traleor.
3. Your Account
You do not need to have an account to browse websites made with Traleor. However, you have to create an account inorder to create your own website with Traleor.
Moreover, an account is necessary for you to have all the benefits of Traleor, some of which include sending enquiry messages and having a personalized website. If you do create an account, Traleor will ask for your email address and a username of your choice. Optionally, you may also provide an avatar and certain demographic data. Traleor will not publicly post or publish your email address or any other sensitive information.
4. Communications
If you subscribe to receive our newsletters or register for an account in connection with Traleor, you may receive emails from us in connection with your account.
5. Prohibited use
As a condition of your use of Traleor, you warrant to Traleor that you will not use It for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use Traleor in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Traleor or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Traleor. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through Traleor.
6. Disclaimers
By choosing to use Traleor, you agree that Traleor will not be liable in any way for any inability to use Traleor or for any claim arising out of these terms.
Traleor specifically disclaims the following: Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages Direct or indirect damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, lost profits, loss of data, or computer malfunction You agree to indemnify and hold Traleor harmless for any liability or claim that comes results from your use of Traleor. Traleor specifically disclaims any legal guarantees or warranties such as “merchantability,” “fitness for a particular purpose,” “non-infringement,” and warranties arising out of a course of dealing, usage or trade.
7. Updates
Every once in a while, Traleor may decide to update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms online and you will be notified by Traleor about the said changes. If you continue to use Traleor after we post updated Terms, you agree to accept that this constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We will post an effective date at the top of this page to make it clear when we made our most recent update.
8. Termination
Traleor can suspend or end anyone's access to Traleor at any time for any reason deemed fit. If we decide to suspend or end your access, we will notify you by the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access Traleor.
9. Governing Law
Cameroon law applies to these Terms. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Traleor.
